You may have reached this page because:
- You have an old bookmark. Create a new bookmark for the Login Page and delete your old CCEI bookmark.
- You clicked the back button on your browser. Our system uses the navigation buttons within the FAME system. Remember to stay within the system to prevent these errors. If you were navigated away from your page, start the process again that got you to the page the first time and that should route you properly.
- If you were in an application course that timed out, we recommend typing your answer in a word processor such as (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Works, Wordpad, or Notepad). Once complete do the following:
- Select all of your text using the keyboard command (Ctrl + A)
- Copy the text using the keyboard command (Ctrl + C)
- Navigate to corresponding Course response area.
- Click in the white text area and paste the text using the keyboard command (Ctrl + V)
- We are possibly updating the system. If this is the case, you can usually wait a few minutes and try again. If none of these things work, please contact our helpdesk at helpdesk@cceionline.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.
